Daily Metrics

Today was a rest day, and I was glad of it. My legs feel considerably less sore than they did yesterday. Not much else to say so I won't blather on about it!

Tuesday.
By mistake I skipped my legs workout and went from back/bis to chest/shoulders/tris. I felt kind of weak today, I think both because I missed some recovery time and I had stayed up doing some projects the last 2 nights. On my first bench set I expected to do 9 or 10 reps but I could only do 7. My left pec felt like it was pulled too so I took it easy and didn't try another set. I was thinking that I might get rid of bench in my routine but so far have been making a lot of gains with it. I will only change it when I hit a plateau so I will see what happens next week. I'm looking forward to my leg workout now because I added Dead Lift as my main lift.
